Klara Yousif
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
With over 15 years of experience across residential construction, property, town planning and development approvals, Klara brings a rare combination of practical construction knowledge and specialist post-consent expertise to Beyond DA.
Prior to establishing Beyond DA, Klara worked within a highly respected town planning and development approvals consultancy, specialising in the coordination of post-consent matters and helping guide residential and development projects through the requirements that follow development consent. Her experience includes coordinating Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, Subdivision Works Certificates, Subdivision Certificates, Building Information Certificates, Principal Certifier appointments, Occupation Certificates and associated council and authority approvals.
As a former Director of a residential building company, Klara also has first-hand experience of the construction industry and understands the practical realities faced by builders, developers and property owners. Her broader background across property operations, construction contracts, contractor management and project coordination provides an understanding of the development process from both sides, what is required to obtain approval, and what is required to actually deliver a project.
This combination of construction, planning and approvals experience forms the foundation of Beyond DA.
